DO I NEED TO WEAR GYM CLOTHES?
You don't need special gym clothes to participate; simply come in the same clothes you would wear to the office, work, home or shopping.
DO I NEED TO WEAR TRAINERS?
Comfortable shoes like trainers are encouraged, but it's best to avoid
high heels, or flip-flops.
WILL IT MAKE MY MUSCLES ACHE?
